Sharon & I bought The Knoll March 2011; it was originally one of Gedling’s Farm houses built some time during the 1800's. The Hustwayte family bought The Knoll in October 1927; the 3 story 7 bedroomed farm house was converted by Dymock Hustwayte into a 3 bedroom bungalow in 1967. Locals know The Knoll for its garden parties, Church fates, Scout (Rover Den) & Conservative Party meetings. We are now converting The Knoll into a 1 & 2 story contemporary open plan home with 4 bedrooms. We hope the Hustwayte family & local people like our plans for The Knoll as a family home in its new & hopefully grand format.
